You don’t want to miss this unique opportunity to explore the world of Scotch with one of the nation’s foremost authorities on Scotch, Rachael Ewing. Her career in whisky started at the Grill Bar in Aberdeen, a Scottish heritage and award-winning establishment. There she became familiar with the distilling process and acquired specific knowledge of over 600 expressions, varying in flavor according to age, region and distiller. Rachael holds an expert’s level certificate in the Sales and Service of Scotch Whisky from the Scotch Whisky Heritage Center in Edinburgh as well as a certificate from the Filson Bourbon Academy. Tickets include a generous sampling of whisky, light appetizers and the opportunity to learn in a relaxed, unintimidating atmosphere.
