With a focus on science-backed wellness & personalized guest experience, Perspire aims to bring infrared sauna healing and red light therapy to every community. This will be their first studio in Kentucky.
Each of their 8 private sauna suites will feature an extra-large infrared sauna, built-in clinical grade red-light panels, free towel service, and a TV with your choice of steaming and entertainment options. Each suite will also include a private shower area that will also offer guests an optional SNØ Shower, their proprietary and hygienic take on contrast therapy, essentially an ultra cold shower that mimics all the benefits of cold plunge in a quick and easy shower format.
