Pure Barre

Be guided through a series of low-impact, high-intensity movements that are designed to strengthen and tone your body. You’ll use ballet barre and other light equipment as you move through a 45-50 minute class, focusing on different areas of your body. You’ll get stronger with each class and rise above who you were yesterday.
